That's completely normal. We'll discuss your ideas together and prepare a 3D model so you can see how everything looks before making a final decision.
What if I don't like the result?+
Nothing goes into production without your explicit approval. We work on the model until you feel it's exactly right — and you decide after seeing the sculpture from multiple angles in the digital preview.
How long does it take?+
Timeline depends on complexity and material. You'll receive a specific completion date early in the process.
Can I see a sculpture in person before committing?+
Yes. You're welcome to visit the studio in Plovdiv by appointment. There is nothing quite like seeing the material, the weight, and the detail up close.
Where does the capture session happen?+
We can meet at the studio or at a location of your choice. We'll determine the most convenient option during our initial conversation.
Is it suitable for children?+
Absolutely. We simply allow a little more time so the child feels comfortable and at ease. This is how we achieve the best results.
What if the piece arrives damaged?+
Every sculpture is fully insured during transport and installation. In the unlikely event of any issue, we handle replacement or repair — you receive the piece in perfect condition.
